Joe's perspective of coaching is refreshing and his belief that a coach's primary responsibility is the character, moral and social development of his players is a message we often lose sight of because of society's emphasis on wins and losses. The seminar helped me clarify why I coach, the role I play as a coach and the impact I have on my players. His message is important and beneficial for all coaches.
