About The ISO Coaching Seminar

Joe Ehrmann Speaking at InsideOut Coaching SeminarThe InsideOut Coaching Seminar is divided into 6 modules comprised of a multi-media presentation with personal reflection and group discussion. This is a stand alone seminar or part of a multi-systemic approach to impacting a community.

Joe delivers a relevant message to his audience, appealing to the deepest level of humanity within. People walk away impassioned and equipped with the tools and skills that enable them to make a difference in their families, teams & communities. Expectations are consistently surpassed, surprising even the most unsuspecting listener.

What is InsideOut Coaching?
InsideOut Coaching is a life changing seminar that challenges the way we look at ourselves as coaches, administrators, educators, mentors, and parents of young men and women. This revolutionary, yet simple message provides the insight, empathy and tools to redefine sports and reframe coaching to positively impact your players, schools and communities for a lifetime.

The Multi-Systemic Approach
Building Men and Women (BMWO) offers integrated keynotes, workshops, seminars and consulting to create personal, communal and societal change through healthy youth development. Joe Ehrmann's InsideOut Coaching Seminar is part of a multi-system prevention and intervention model that teaches and supports the philosophy that physical, academic, social, emotional, moral and civic competency are no longer beyond the scope of what sports and coaches can accomplish.
